About NCCTM

The North Carolina Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCCTM) is the professional organization in North Carolina of all persons responsible for the teaching of mathematics. Its membership includes teachers from all levels, kindergarten through graduate school, and other professionals who work with curriculum and materials for the teaching of mathematics.

You'll find out more about NCCTM through the website, including some of its  programs like state and regional conferences, publications, grants and awards, and other professional activities.

Membership is open to all persons who have a professional interest in mathematics education.

Each state is divided into three regions. Each region has its own programs, in addition to those of the state organization. Elected officers determine program and policy.
